ch-expert (the brand of Raynier Hinojosa O’Farrill) develops and sells professional audio software for macOS. This Policy explains how we handle personal information on our website (ch-expert.com) and in our applications. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we process

• Purchases. Our reseller Paddle processes your order and shares your name, email and country with us so we can deliver and manage your license. We never receive your card or bank details.
• Activation. When you activate an application, it sends your license identity and a machine identifier generated by your Mac to our license server, so the license can be activated and managed (one Mac per license).
• Support. When you contact us by email or through the support form, we process your message and contact details in order to help you.
• Website basics. The site may store simple preferences in your browser (for example your theme). Our hosting and CDN providers may process technical data (IP address, browser, requested pages) to serve and protect the site.

3. How we use it

To deliver licenses and activations, provide support, send important service communications (for example license delivery messages), prevent misuse, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the business: Paddle (payments and Merchant of Record) and essential infrastructure providers (such as email hosting). We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for license management, support and legal requirements.

6. Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold.
