Terms of Service — ch-expert

These Terms govern your purchase and use of ch-expert software. ch-expert is the brand of Raynier Hinojosa O’Farrill (sole proprietor, Mexico). By purchasing, installing or using any of our applications, you accept them.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the macOS software products offered by Raynier Hinojosa O’Farrill, operating as ch-expert (“we”, “our”, “us”), including Spyglass Studio, Soundoor, MioDeck, Soundtracker and the All Access bundle (the “Software”).

2. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments, applicable taxes and invoices are processed by Paddle on our behalf.

3. License

We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use each purchased application, on one Mac per license (‘1 Mac per license’).

Licenses are delivered as a license file (.key) sent to the email used at checkout.
Each license activates on one Mac at a time. To move a license to a new Mac or request a re-issue, contact support.
Every application includes a free 15-day trial so you can evaluate it before purchasing.

4. Updates

While your license is within its update period, we provide applicable updates and fixes for the purchased application at no additional cost. Future new major products or editions may be offered separately.

5. Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except as expressly permitted by law; (b) resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute it; (c) share, publish or distribute your license key; or (d) use the Software for unlawful purposes.

6. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Software or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version in force at the time of your purchase (or your continued use after an update) applies.
